ACER Laptop

Today during WebP class, teacher was advicing her students to go get their laptop Serviced. As they need to log into SP Domain, to get the two require software (Dreamweaver & Photoshop). Some of us already managed to get from FatherLee, but the teacher insist to get it fixed. As during the Sem Test, not sure about the dept will they need us to download / upload data onto SP Domain.

Talking about the servicing, x_x. Very sianz, they actually didnt help out anything. Just threw you a book, then ask you to follow the book step by step. The result after servicing is not 100% fixed.

Just like mine for info, spent around 5hrs to serviced in two continous day. Formated once for each day, and then the problem still cant be solve. Today then i discover that Clarissa laptop had not been totally fixed too, her Win XP had the same problem as me. She mentioned to be getting it to service, then i didnt hear complains from her. So i thought her lappy is fixed, but today then she got her Lappy formatted. But her problem is still unfixed x_x".

Not too sure does she experience the same thing as me, formatted the laptop then install back Win XP. Then during the first boot up, experience some boot up error message. Then the computer started to act strangly, some examples which my laptop have while running win XP.

- Cant detect wireless Network
- Cant install anything (MSN, Games & etc)
- Cant run anything (Window Media Player & etc)

Ok come back to that time i servicing, after doing all the steps then still havnt fix. Then they push the blame to acer, saying that it is hardware fault. Bring it to Acer get the hardware fix, then come back here.

Thinking back then, when i go service. My laptop was just less then 2months old, so fast hardware spoil??? Dont know is it true anot, but i had been using Win Vista till now. There isnt much problem, X-cept cant use Mircosoft Office programs. As the product have expired x_x", Vista cant run privated softwares x_X".

Solutions for me
1) Get to Acer to check it out
2) During test if need to dowload / upload data from SP Domain. Teacher help by transfering it from someone com to thumbdrive, then to upload do the other way round.
