My Visit
After school today, i went straight to Outrum to meet up with Hazel. Rae will be joining us the ward there, after our visit then we will go for dinner.
This is my first time entering ICU, there are around 5 patients in it. Everyone there seems to be like waiting for death x_x, cos they have lots of machine functioning / helping their body. I believe their % of getting recover is very very very little.
Finally i saw my "Da Po / Hazel Dad", haiz ... .. .
So many things are attached with him, I saw :
- the diagnosis system
- a milky pack (food)
- a machine helping his heart
- 2 tv screens of waveform (checking his heart beat, blood pressure & etc)
I not sure what else did i miss out, i was quite stunt on what i saw.
1) He is sleeping with his eyes half open, there are tears on his eyes =(.
2) I also use my hand touch his hand, it is bloated like deep soaked in water.
3) Lastly, 1 more thing which caught my attention. There is tube entering from his mouth, it went deep inside him.
Just imagine putting a finger in you to near the throat, you already feel so uneasy. Just imagine such a tube entering right into ur throat, so painfull so uneasy cant really speak cant. Haiz .... ... .. .
After seeing all this and looking at "Da Po Mu" & Hazel, i believe they are already mentally prepared for the worst. It might be hard, but i think that is the best way for "da po".
Frankly speaking, if i ever end up like that. I really wish that euthanasiaclick me is allowed in singapore, so i can die just like that without suffering so much -_-".
